Words Hurt

Don’t internalize the toxic words that others speak about you. Instead, guard your heart against toxic words, and every chance you get, speak life-giving words.

Why do you think we tend to speak more toxic words than life-giving words even when we don’t intend to?



  1. I hurt. You hurt me. I hurt you. You hurt. Your hurt makes me feel better. I feel better. I have closure.

    I hurt. You hurt me. I release the hurt. I have closure. But it’s not so much fun.
