Folks this is a plan that the Lord put on my heart that I pulled down from you version. I thought hey why not share this with my readers. It is my prayer through the following six days you will grow deeper in love with Jesus as so will I.
The intent of this plan is to guide us in prayer for the purpose of preparing and softening and tilling the soil of our hearts in order to more readily comprehend and receive the love of Christ and to live in and live out that love moment by moment, from the depths of our souls. And it is also our hope that you would continue to pray the prayers in this plan as you go through the Jesus, I Want to Love You eight-part series also on YouVersion. These prayers can be used alternately in conjunction with this series. We are praying for you! Let’s start by reading Galatians 5:22, 1 John 4:16, and Romans 5:5. If we are in Christ, our soul has been renewed by the Holy Spirit, without whose divine working none can enter the kingdom of heaven. It was because of His great love for us that while we were still sinners Christ died for us. Before Christ, we were dead in our trespasses and sins; yet because of His great love, we have been made alive in Him. Now we are the Lord’s servants. Let us do the work of living the gospel no matter what, when, or where. May the motivation and the meditation of our hearts be the love of Christ. May we know the love of Christ, walk in the love of Christ, and share the love of Christ. It was love that brought the gospel to us, and now we want to share the gospel in love. “Lord, please open my eyes and let me see you and your love for me. Open my heart to love you more. Jesus, I want to love you! In your name, Amen.”
