Mercy

“The true measure of spirituality is not how angry we become toward sinners, but how Christlike; our mission is not to see men destroyed, but redeemed.”

Francis Frangipane

What does Mercy mean to you in a personal way? Would you share it with us?

Mercy to me is forgiving those who have harmed or offended me in some way and interceding for their salvation.

Much Love Tom

    1. I like that Mark. We could all do with more of those deeds. Thank you for your response.

      Blessings to you

  1. When I first saw the title of this post, my mind went directly to the word “grace”. I heard a teaching this morning on grace, and it gave my heart a much needed sense of peace.
I rely heavily on mercy and grace. I think mercy is about second chances and the way God searches our hearts and sees our good intentions, even when everything seems to turn to crap.
I could be wrong, but as difficult as this walk can be, by His mercy, I’m keeping a tight hold on the hem of His garment, and I know He’ll see me through.
